Raven Steele. Reaper. But what exactly is a reaper?
A reaper is a highly trained assassin. Though they have a law to keep them from slipping into oblivion. For every life taken, one must be redeemed. And Raven is so close to being even. Her last mission of redemption is to protect and travel with the Duke's son, Baron Darius. She must take him to the Wood Witch to rid him of his... "demon". But is taking young Darius to this Witch the best option. Will she help, or cause even more turmoil?
This was my first steampunk read... and I loved it! The world was woven perfectly and I found myself always wanting more, never wanting to set it down. A great fast-paced read sure to keep you entertained to the very last sentence.
